On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, LLC. The office holders mentioned below have transferred from KPMG to Interpath Advisory and remain in office. Further details of the sale are available on the KPMG website here.

TES Holdings Limited – in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation

David Pike, Jim Tucker and Ed Boyle were appointed Joint Liquidators of TES Holdings Limited – in Liquidation (the ‘Company’) on 5 September 2018.

Update to unsecured creditors

A first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of 0.55p in the £ was declared on 27 November 2018.

Unsecured creditors should note that any dividend cheques that will remain unpresented on 27 May 2019 (i.e. six months from the date of issue) will be cancelled. All unclaimed dividends will be forwarded to the Insolvency Service.
