On 4 May 2021 KPMG LLP sold its UK Restructuring business to Interpath Ltd (trading as Interpath Advisory), a newly-formed company which is backed by H.I.G. Europe, the European affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, LLC. The office holders mentioned below have transferred from KPMG to Interpath Advisory and remain in office. Further details of the sale are available on the KPMG website here.

Cheque Centres Properties Limited – in Administration

Geoff Jacobs, Blair Nimmo and Brian Green were appointed Joint Administrators of Cheque Centres Properties Limited – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 2 July 2014.

The administration has come to an end. For further information, including the exit route from the administration, please refer to the final progress report.

- Immediately after the Joint Administrators' appointment, a sale of the Company's leasehold property interests was completed to Cheque Centres Limited ('CCL').

- CCL has been granted a short term licence to occupy the Company's leasehold premises while lease assignations are considered.

- The Company had no employees and did not undertake trading activity.
