DC RMS Ltd (previously traded as Drum Cussac) – in Administration

Will Wright and Mark Orton were appointed Joint Administrators of DC RMS Ltd (previously traded as Drum Cussac) – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 17 February 2015.

The administration has come to an end. For further information, including the exit route from the administration, please refer to the final progress report.

Will Wright and Mark Orton were appointed Joint Administrators of DC RMS Holdings Limited ("Holdings") and DC RMS Limited ("DCRMS") (trading as Drum Cussac) on 17 February 2015, at the request of the Company’s directors.

Shortly following appointment, the Joint Administrators successfully concluded the pre-packaged sale of the Intelligence, Technology and Response part of the business to Drum Cussac Group Limited, a subsidiary of Root Capital LLP, an independent third party. As a result of the sale, 55 employees transferred to the purchaser.

The purchaser has continued trading the business under their control, and has contacted customers and suppliers directly regarding ongoing trade. The remaining elements of the business ceased trading on appointment. The majority of employees who did not transfer to the purchaser were made redundant on appointment.

A distribution of 100 pence per £ has been paid to those employees with preferential claims.

The prescribed part has been distributed to approved unsecured creditors. There will not be a further distribution and all available funds have been utilised.

The Joint Administrators have issued their final progress report and notice of dissolution which have also been submitted to Companies House. When Companies House files these documents the administration will end and the Joint Administrators will cease to act.
