OPGL Realisations Limited (formerly known as Optimum Procurement Group Limited) – in Administration

Paul Dumbell and David Costley-Wood were appointed Joint Administrators of OPGL Realisations Limited (formerly known as Optimum Procurement Group Limited) – in Administration (the ‘Company’) on 31 January 2017.

The business and certain assets of the Company were sold to Optimum Procurement Ltd on 31 January 2017. Details of the transaction are set out in the the SIP 16 Memorandum attached below.
